1. Who we are

JustifAI is an AI strategy and governance consultancy operated by Nataliia Snitko (“we”, “us”, “our”). For the purposes of EU data protection law, Nataliia Snitko is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it. This happens through one channel:

• Contact form — your name, organisation name, email address, and the details of your enquiry.

We do not collect data through tracking pixels, behavioural analytics, or third-party advertising tools. We do not use Google Analytics or any equivalent service.

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We process your contact form data to respond to your enquiry and assess whether there is a basis for an engagement. The legal basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — our interest in responding to business enquiries, balanced against your reasonable expectation that submitting a contact form results in a reply.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain contact enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of your enquiry, unless an ongoing engagement requires longer retention. After that period, data is deleted.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with:

• Email delivery infrastructure — to receive and send responses to contact form submissions. Data processed in the EU/EEA or under Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Cloud storage — for secure storage of correspondence. Access is restricted and encrypted at rest.

6. International transfers

Where service providers process data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Chapter V GDPR).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data. To exercise any right, email ciao@justifai.ai. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

8. Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Notice for full details.

9. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All data transmitted through this site is encrypted via HTTPS.

10. Changes

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our contact form after changes constitutes acceptance.
